Join the community
Yes, your profile is only visible to us. When we ask you for an assignment, we only send your CV to the client once you have given us your approval.
Yes, joining the community is totally free for you.
No, this is not mandatory. If your schedule allows you to devote at least one day a week to an assignment, you can apply to join the community. If you want to become a freelancer, joining the community gives you access to a set of tips to help you make the right choice for you.
You register your profile on our site (your personal data, your academic and professional background, your skills and your preferences). If your profile corresponds to what we are looking for, we meet you in an interview to get to know each other better and discuss our respective expectations. If they converge, you will join our community and carry out missions alone or in a team.
Carrying out a mission
We intervene in all sectors, on transformation missions ranging from the definition of a strategy to its operational execution. Our experts are brought to intervene on 2 types of missions:
- Only to provide methodological/functional/sectoral support or for interim management.
- In a team, if necessary as team manager, to address complex strategic or operational customer issues.
We have developed a tool that allows us to quickly identify experts whose profiles match a client’s expectations. The match is based on skills, experience, completed assignments and of course preferences (% mobilization, mobility, duration, daily rate…). The more complete your profile is and the more details you provide about your experience, the more likely you are to be selected for an assignment.
If you are one of the experts we are looking for, we will send you a brief describing the work to be done. We are at your disposal to answer any questions you may have about the brief. You have 1 working day to confirm or not your commitment to apply for this mission. In some cases, the client may request a brief description of the approach you propose for the mission: you then have 3 working days to send us your proposal. We then organize a pitch session with the client, which we prepare with you.
When a client project needs the mobilization of a team, depending on your profile, we can offer you the role of team manager. In this case, you are responsible for leading the writing of a business proposal, the preparation and execution of the client pitch. You are also responsible, in relation with us, for the casting of the team. If you accept this role, we will pay you a part of our margin. The deadline for sending the sales proposal to the client varies according to the assignment (on average between 1 and 2 weeks).
Interact with the community
If you recommend WIZIN to new experts who become community members, then we pay you a bonus when one of them successfully completes their first assignment with us.
You may be led to identify mission opportunities to which you cannot respond: you are not available, you do not have the skills or you simply do not wish to respond. If you entrust us with one of these opportunities and we win it, WIZIN pays you a percentage of its margin.
As soon as you join us, you have access to the community’s experts in different ways. You can, if you wish, promote to the community an assignment you have completed or a skill you have developed (post, video, webinar). You can also, within the framework of a mission, need the punctual support of an expert who possesses a skill that you do not possess: you contact us and we organize this with you. You can also take part in informal meetings that we organize and that are an opportunity to build and strengthen relationships on the sidelines of the missions that you carry out.
Yes, of course, we encourage the experts in our community to devote a few days of their time each year on a pro bono basis to the associations that we have selected and that we wish to help. We ask for your help when such opportunities arise.
